Brenda Milbrath

I have been a Physical Therapist since 1991 and have worked in many areas including acute care, skilled nursing, return to work, home health, inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient orthopedics and pelvic health. I have been an orthopedic clinical specialist (OCS) for over two decades and became certified in pelvic health with the Academy of Pelvic Health in 2020. I am an integrated manual therapist that incorporates many manual skills along with therapeutic exercise, posture and neuromuscular re-education. My manual skills include; visceral manipulation, craniosacral, muscle energy, soft tissue mobilization and myofascial release.

My original PT degree was a BS in PT in 1991. 

  • MS PT (Master of Science in Physical Therapy) from Concordia University, Wisconsin

In 1999, I returned to school out of boredom and to continue learning. I graduated with my MS PT in 2003 after presenting my project on return to work clients.

  • DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) from St. Scholastica

​In 2021, I graduated with my transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. I pursued the degree during the pandemic to continue life-long learning in PT.
